He'd have been suspicious now of the remaining guards he was with after the attempt on her life by the Duke's men and entrusted her being to no one else. Besides, he's royalty. Usually it's the fellow nobles who can personally make casual, physical touch with fellow highborn, right?

Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactThis picture is truly amazing. It literally looks like the picture is "frozen"... I know, the pun is silly (Undertale Trash speaking here). Anyway, I don't really ship these two characters together (especially because of the events of the film), but I don't judge. This picture seems like Hans is trying to maybe protect Elsa, and yet the expression on his face seems a bit threatening at the same. It's like he's on her side, but he's not. Elsa seems to be in a very gentle peace of mind, like a little snowflake gently drifting through the wintry wind of the mystical, icy forest.
Honestly, I get this feeeling that Hans maybe did this to Else when she was captured at one point in the film. After all, she did wake up covered in a blanket...
